Inspiration
Our inspiration stems from the desire to revolutionize user feedback management. We aim to harness the capabilities of language models and chatbot-driven artificial intelligence to transform chaotic user comments into clear, actionable insights.
What it does
Our project, EPIAHACKERS:INGROUP_CHALLENGE, leverages a chatbot infused with AI for decision-making and content classification. It automatically prioritizes user comments, identifies errors, discerns feature requests, and provides detailed structuring of issues. The system uses language models to validate these insights through user stories, ensuring alignment with user needs.
How we built it
The core of our solution lies in the integration of a powerful language model, such as OpenAI's GPT, into both the backend and frontend. We utilized a combination of backend and frontend architectures to seamlessly connect with the language model, allowing for efficient natural language processing. The development process involved constant iteration, fine-tuning, and validation with user stories to enhance precision and relevance.
Challenges we ran into
Integrating AI seamlessly into the chatbot presented challenges, particularly in distinguishing between error reports and feature requests. Additionally, ensuring the ethical use of user data and maintaining privacy compliance posed significant hurdles.
