Inspiration

Billions in emerging-market capital sit idle because SMEs lack affordable consulting. Founders burn nights on grant forms and half-baked decks while investors reject “unpolished data.” With AI now cheap enough to run on a 3 G phone, we knew we could bridge that gap.

What it does

EnVisionary AI turns any spreadsheet—or a phone snapshot of a ledger—into:

  • Pitch Drill: mock investor Q&A with scoring and feedback.
  • Persuasion & Negotiation Advisor: strategy recommendations, BATNA ideas, local-language scripts.
  • Goals, Tasks & Insights: auto-generated KPIs and next-step roadmap.
  • Instant Charts: clear visuals embedded in an investor-ready slide deck.

How we built it

  • Data intake: CSV upload (photos via future OCR).
  • Cleaning & feature extraction: Gemini API + Lovable functions.
  • Chart & deck generation: Lovable’s no-code slide builder.
  • LLM orchestration: Gemini prompts running inside Lovable.
  • Frontend: Delivered entirely through Lovable’s web canvas.

Challenges we ran into

  • Messy data: Mixing paper receipts with mobile-money exports required heavy prompt-based cleaning.
  • Language nuance: Negotiation phrasing had to respect local etiquette; community feedback shaped our prompt tuning.

Accomplishments we’re proud of

  • Working end-to-end demo produced within the hackathon.
  • Demonstrated rapid iteration: each prompt cycle in Lovable added measurable value for SME users.

What we learned

  • Founders value speed to funding over perfect aesthetics.
  • Local-language negotiation support doubled user satisfaction vs. English-only output.
  • Freemium “first deck free” converts word-of-mouth faster than affiliate discounts.

What’s next for EnVisionary AI

  1. Grant & Loan Toolkit: auto-fill AfDB / World Bank forms and validate compliance.
  2. Sector-specific valuation models: agriculture, retail, clean-tech.
  3. Voice intake & rehearsal: Whisper-style transcription for hands-free pitching.
  4. Pre-seed funding round: fuel product hardening and expansion into new SME segments.
