Inspiration: Experiencing effects of climate change inspired me to create an application for the betterment of our environment.

What it does: It helps in tracking tree cover of an area by analyzing the image of the area using Google Cloud Vision connected system. It also helps in calculating Water Quality Index & Air Quality index of an area.

How I built it: I built it using Appian AI Google Cloud Vision service, Appian Decision Object & SAIL.

Challenges I ran into: It was initially a challenge in identifying forested area in uploaded image. However, with persistent efforts I was able to find a way.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of: It was great to research & use Appian AI Google Cloud Vision service for tracking green cover.

What I learned: With technology we can make the world a better place

What's next for Environment Management System: We can introduce more detailed analysis & solution for making our land, air & water cleaner & safer.
