Inspiration

I have seen many people who are interested in coding show off their works such as games, apps, etc. on personal websites called portfolios, and I liked this idea, so I decided to do this myself. Portfolios also come in handy when you want to apply for a job position and they want to see what skills you have and projects you have worked on.

What it does

Features my bio, what I am passionate about, my achievements & awards, and my projects!

How I built it

I have some experience with web design and development, so it was not that hard to create my portfolio website using HTML and CSS. Additionally, I also added some JS to add website functionality.

Challenges I ran into

The JavaScript was hard to code with many bugs, but I overcame this by using simple debugging strategies. I displayed real-time values of variables which helped me figure out what was going wrong.

Accomplishments that I am proud of

Personally, I like how the website ended up. It is smooth, has subtle animations, clear to read, and highlights my achievements and projects!

What I learned

From this project, I learned good UI/UX dev skills, how to make it user friendly, how to make it compatible with all devices, and how to create links that redirect to sections throughout the page.

What's next for entyprojects

I will continue to add more achievements and projects to my portfolio along with links and other notable events throughout my journey! Maybe add support for pictures and a carousel!
