Inspiration and problem

The current or capitalism system forces people to work all the time. Not all the people have the material richness as top priority. Some people value more to have free time, to do research, to volunteer, to help community and other, but with formal entities and as employees and citizens, that kind of life is not easy to reach, because of all taxes that you have to pay to state and contracts you have to sign. Problem: unemployment, closing companies, individuals not able to follow their passion (like research)

SOLUTION: Solution: preposition for new legal entity The idea is new legal entity which will have: -individual can open this legal entity, but can not have employees -other companies can make indirect transactions to his/her bank account The specialty of this legal entity are taxes: -if there is less income on its bank account than minimal bruto bruto wage for 4 months in that country in a year, legal entity pays 1/4 of income for taxes (the rest is for food and accomodation) Taxes: -every month the legal entity has income, it must pay taxes as is in certain country for employees, unless it does not reach minimal bruto bruto wage in that country -if there are months with no income, they do not pay tax for that month Taxes:-they do not need accounting, their bank account statment is enough for government to check tax payments Legal entity: -can get payments from different companies in a month This will be benefitial for: -seasonal workers to live the whole year without fear and worries -companies who need seasonal workers -startups who can not afford employees -researchers, to focous on research and also be able to live -farms, hotels and other Legal entity: -is not limited to occupation, that person can do whatever (what is legal) In times like this corona crisis, such legal entities will allow sustainability. There will be no need for subsidies from government. People will be able to relay on their income. And because they will not have income in some months and no need to pay taxes, they can wait.

I dont know a lot how it is in other countries, but in Slovenia, we are independent country for almost 30 years now. The government does not treat tax payers money economically. We have high taxes and after crisis they will be again higher. This is citizens money. In 30 years the government got about 300 billions in taxes, but we have now 30 billion in debt, almost no companies state-owned, poor organisation and equipment in hospitals, poor equipment for police, not enough nursing places for elderly people and the list goes on. As good citizens we supported government with taxes, but all they did is steal money. And again now, so much money lost for mask purchase. As citizens we have to take care of ourselfs first. In times like this we can see, that people are important. In Slovenia we pay 40% to government for employees, that means we are working 7 months for ourselfs and 5 months for government. For what? There is not even some eu penalty for politicians that would prevent them to be i politics, if they do not treat tax-payers money economically.

People will have enough eventually anyway. And in human behavior or animal work, we are more productive if we collaborate, that means leading, if we are forced the results are worse, we have boss, and there is resistance. It is worth to think about new collaborative forms, because they can guide Europe above all other in the world. It is not only material richness, we can be example in collaboration between people, environment and technology.
