Inspiration
I wanted to create a world where people could not only listen to AI-driven music but also live inside it. Entertune World was born from a passion for immersive sound, connection, and creativity—a place where music, play, and community come together in VR.
What it Does
Entertune World is an interactive VR universe built around the Entertune Records label. Players can explore multiple connected worlds—race at Entertune Track, party at Entertune Stage, relax at Entertune Park, and win prizes at Entertune Arcade—while earning and spending Tune Coins to unlock music, cosmetics, and collectibles.
How We Built It
Developed using the Meta Horizon Worlds Desktop Editor, with extensive VR testing for immersion and performance tuning. Scripts, lighting, and optimization were refined through hands-on iteration. All music, visuals, and NPC systems were integrated from Entertune Records’ original content.
Challenges We Ran Into
Persistent editor bugs and script losses from Horizon’s AI coder.
Vertex and performance limits when expanding connected worlds.
Syncing animations and music across multiplayer sessions.
Maintaining consistency between the Mansion, Stage, Track, and Arcade experiences.
Accomplishments We’re Proud Of
Surpassed 200 player visits across connected worlds.
Hosted successful events like Entertune Pop Night and Race Day.
Built a functioning in-world economy using Tune Coins.
Received strong community feedback praising the music and interactive design.
What We Learned
Optimization is everything—reducing vertices and reusing assets boosts performance.
Iteration and backups save development time when scripts fail.
Immersive storytelling connects players more deeply than visuals alone.
Consistent branding and world linkage create a lasting ecosystem.
