Enterprise Rescue

Enterprise Rescue was created to solve a common enterprise problem: employees often waste time raising tickets, finding the right team, waiting for approvals, and following up just to resolve simple workplace issues. Our solution is an autonomous enterprise agent that allows employees to simply describe their problem. The agent understands the goal, investigates the issue, searches company knowledge and policies, uses enterprise tools, requests human approval when required, performs only authorized actions, and verifies that the problem is actually resolved. Instead of being another chatbot that tells employees what to do, Enterprise Rescue is designed to actually do the work safely and efficiently, while maintaining human oversight and auditability.
