Inspiration
The Nylas quickstart was our first step into the Nylas ecosystem. We were really amazed by how user and developer friendly it is. So we decided to build upon that and use AI to leverage the advantages of Nylas.
What it does
Our platform has been designed to meet a comprehensive set of requirements such as task and project management along with a range of features that collectively create a seamless and efficient work management experience.
How we built it
With lot of pain and happy tears along with Nylas API, Huggingface API, React, Node.js, etc
Challenges we ran into
Integrating React and other components as well as selecting proper huggingface models for our use cases
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We were determined to use the quickstart guides of Nylas to show how easy it is to integrate Nylas into any project. We are proud to have integrated the power of AI and Nylas which helped scheduling, generating email, summarizing a long email easy. We also have integrated sentiment analysis which would help the user take necessary actions based on the feedback received.
What we learned
NEVER do git push --f origin main or else Linus Torvalds would haunt you in your dreams.
Using huggingface models and integrating them with the emails fetched using Nylas API. The Nylas blogs and 'Coding with Nylas' helped us a lot with building this project.
What's next for Enterprise Metric Monitor
Instead of using the APIs of Huggingface, we plan on integrating it using transformers and fine tune it using our own custom data. This would improve the efficiency and would make a huge impact on the Nylas community.
