enhance hubot-slack to support file upload

Inspiration

Current hubot-slack adapter does not listen for the file upload in the channels, I would like to add that support so we can store the rich message into our backend storage.

via slack files and event api for nodejs

it's doable via events and file api and I would like your hubot, slack, javascript, coffescript experience to get this done together.

What's next for enhance hubot-slack to support file upload

Chat message management tool including rich message storage, real-time display, retrieve, interaction etc.
