Quality education, In India there are several aspiring students who want to learn English but are unaware of resources. EnglishDictionary is web app helping students to understand English and provide quality education.
English Dictionary helps by providing definition, nouns, antonyms and synonyms of different English words and enhance the user's vocabulary.
We developed the frontend by using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and Django for the backend.
The theme was quite challenging and coming up with ideas was one of the major roadblocks we faced.
After building the web app, we are proud that we were able to provide quality education by building English dictionary that too in 24 hours and through it, students are able to experience the joy of learning English and enhance their vocabulary.
We learned how to implement APIs from different providers, and we were able to explore more about Django framework and how to interact with backend using Python
