Global industrial procurement is still surprisingly manual. Buyers of coal, coke, biomass, industrial minerals, and other energy commodities spend countless hours searching for suppliers, comparing quotations, negotiating prices, verifying compliance, coordinating logistics, tracking shipments, and managing payments.
Each trade involves multiple stakeholders—buyers, suppliers, transporters, laboratories, financiers, and compliance agencies—working across disconnected systems.
We wanted to build an AI-native platform where intelligent agents don't just answer questions—they actively execute business workflows.
Enerzon AI is our vision of autonomous industrial commerce.
What it does
Enerzon AI is an AI-powered B2B marketplace for industrial commodities that uses multiple specialized AI agents to automate procurement and supply-chain operations.
The platform enables businesses to:
Discover verified suppliers Generate RFQs automatically Compare supplier quotations Negotiate pricing using AI Recommend the best supplier Coordinate transportation Track shipments in real time Verify business and regulatory compliance Assist with contracts and documentation Support milestone-based escrow payments Provide intelligent business insights through conversational AI
Instead of navigating dozens of portals and spreadsheets, users interact with AI agents that coordinate the entire procurement lifecycle.

Building AI for enterprise procurement required solving several difficult problems:
Managing complex multi-step workflows across different stakeholders Converting natural language into structured business actions Ensuring AI recommendations remain transparent and auditable Handling large procurement documents and RFQs Designing agent collaboration without losing user control Integrating external logistics and compliance services into a unified workflow
Balancing automation with reliability was one of our biggest engineering challenges.

Developing Enerzon AI reinforced that enterprise AI delivers the greatest value when it performs real work rather than simply generating text.
We also learned the importance of combining language models with structured business workflows, external tools, retrieval systems, and human oversight to create trustworthy enterprise automation.
