Inspiration

The rising demand for renewable energy sources inspired us to create a tool that helps accelerate their adoption. We wanted to build a solution that empowers individuals, companies, and communities to make informed decisions about sustainable energy installations.

What it does

-EnergoSolutions provides a simple and fast way to identify the most optimal renewable-energy installations for any specific location. -Using free APIs and intelligent OpenAI agents, the system analyzes environmental and technical data to generate a tailored portfolio of recommended energy solutions.

How we built it

-The entire backend is built in Node.js, where we gradually integrated free APIs that supply the data needed for our agents to perform statistical analysis and portfolio optimization. -After completing the backend, we developed the frontend in Next.js, creating a clean and intuitive interface for users to interact with the system.

-how to fetch and manage agents through the API, -how to coordinate multiple agents as a team, -and how to structure prompts to produce useful, consistent results.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are genuinely proud of everything we were able to build within the limited time. From integrating APIs to creating agent workflows, every part of the system reflects our teamwork, dedication, and ability to learn quickly.

What we learned

-how to implement and orchestrate agents, -how to design prompts for cooperative behavior, -how free APIs can be leveraged for real-world energy modeling, -and how to combine all these components into a cohesive product.

What's next for EnergoSolutions-03

We plan to keep improving the platform by creating a detailed PDF tutorial for non-web users, incorporating additional data sources, enhancing the agents’ reasoning, and expanding our optimization models.

Additionally, we aim to introduce new smart features such as:

-Automatically generating recommended price quotes with component names and ideal configurations. -Helping users find the best installation companies in their area based on their needs and location. -Providing clear guidance on available subsidies and grants, so users can understand how to reduce their total costs.
