Inspiration

I have a group of 2000 creators buidling games on my platform, and I’ve noticed how inefficiently the management team operates.

Four years ago, my friend Jeffrey, who worked at BigFish, shared a unique reporting method they used with teams in Eastern Europe. This method helped them become the largest iPad game publisher, producing over 2500 games and earning more than half a billion dollars.

This method was the End of The Day Email format. I realized that now is the time to teach a machine this concept and create a tool to automate this process.

What it does

Telegram bot using OpenAI API for daily reports. Team members submit updates via voice messages, which are transcribed and summarized into concise reports. Ideal for large teams, it enhances productivity and keeps you informed.

The ability of large language models (LLMs) to understand context makes such a system possible. Plus, I finally wanted to get some coding done! That’s the most important part.
