Hello. This is a randomized encryptor. Each time it encrypts, the end result will be significantly different. It took me a long time to make this and sadly it wasn't complete. Although it functions(with bugs), my original plan was much more larger and complex. However, after facing some issues, I decided to drop it and aim for something simpler. This design can help improve security somewhat because each letter has it's own parameters. The parameters are randomly generated and recorded.
I didn't really have much of an inspiration for this project. If there was, I guess it would be noticing that 26 letters of the alphabet can be written in base 3. Since this hackaton requires complexity and after thinking a bit, I changed the design to be a randomized base encrytptor. That is all
