Problem: In Germany, every time you buy any beverage, you have to pay a small fee (or deposit), which is returned to you once you return the empty bottle or can. As people are too rich to care (Group 1), they don't return them and just dump them in their trash. On the other side, you have people who are indeed dependent on returning these bottles (Group 2). They go out and search garbage containers to find and then return these bottles to create an extra income.
Solution: The buyer (Group 1) submits the beverage upon having drunk it, and thereby registers the bottle or can for pick up. Members of Group 2 are automatically informed and can now pick up the empty bottle or can return it to the store. Members of Group 2 need to confirm that the correct amount was submitted to be picked up once she is on sight. The transaction only goes through if there is mutual agreement. In case there are fewer bottles than initially submitted, the member of Group 1 would need to be punished. Incentives: the payment would go entirely to Group 2. Group 1 and Group 2 will both receives coins for their contribution, which can grow in value as the network expands. E.g. in the long term, the problem and solution can also be applied to basically all sorts of freelance work.
