Inspiration The inspiration behind the project is the desire to create a supportive community for women in the workplace. The platform aims to provide a safe and non-judgmental space for women to share their experiences and help each other succeed in their careers. The founders likely recognized the unique challenges that women face in the workplace, including bias, discrimination, and unequal pay, and wanted to create a platform to help address these issues and empower women in their career journeys.

What it does-The community-driven platform for women empowerment in the workplace provides a space where women can share their working experiences and help each other succeed in their careers. Some of the features of the platform include:

1. A safe and supportive space for women to share their experiences and insights.
2. A mentorship program, where experienced professionals can offer guidance and advice to those just starting out.
3. Anonymous reviews of individual workplaces to help women make informed decisions about their career paths.
4. Support groups based on interests and needs.
5. Various events and webinars related to career development, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant topics.
6. A blogging section for members to share their stories and insights.

How we built it- We built it using WIX.

2. Finding a way to make sure the reviews are authentic.
3. Coming up with ways to make sure users anonymity is same.
