Inspiration
We were motivated by the employment gap faced by women, marked by high rates of unemployment and underemployment. Our goal is to leverage the increasing capabilities of AI to help bridge this gap, empowering women to achieve independence and career success, thereby fostering economic growth.
What it does
EmpowerHer is an innovative job matching platform that addresses these challenges by: Job Matching: Using AI to match women’s skills and job preferences with suitable opportunities. Training Programs: Providing access to training and upskilling programs tailored to market demands. Mentorship: Connecting users with mentors in their field to guide and support their career growth.
How we built it
Figma prototype initially then we will build it with Spring boot in the back-end and Angular in the front end
