Inspiration

This project was inspired by my self, I am the first in my family to attend college and I wanted to create a website that had resources on it to get one started as a college student. The idea came to me while I was recalling my experience as a first time college student.

What I Learned

Throughout the development of this project, I gained valuable insights into css and html and how to read and use guides.

How I Built It

To build this project, I used html and css. The development process involved constructing framework to visualize what each page will look like, evaluating my time and understanding my skills to know what I could accomplish with the time I had available to work on the project.

  • Frontend: html, css

Challenges Faced

During the project, I encountered several challenges, including:

  1. Challenge 1: Time constraints due to working a full time job, understanding my limitations and coming up with a plan that I would be able to execute within in the time frame.
  2. Challenge 2: Being a solo Hacker with limited time, I defined what the minimal viable product would be and created wireframes to reflect that.

These obstacles taught me how to manage my time efficiently and effectively and it also helped me improve my problem-solving skills. Overall, overcoming these challenges was a rewarding part of the project.

Conclusion

Building this project was a valuable learning experience. It not only allowed me to apply my skills in a real-world context but also pushed me to grow as a developer. I am proud of what I achieved and excited about the potential future improvements and applications of this project.
