Employment for population economically vulnerable to Corona

During Coronavirus era, while the challenge for a number of people is to stay healthy and sane while confined at home, there are billions of people who cannot afford to stay home and go unemployed even for one single day. On the other hand, given the situation, there is a surge in the number of remote jobs. Taking this opportunity, my aim is to develop a tool which enables the population most vulnerable to economic impacts of Coronavirus to find home based online employment. The two most important caveats to the challenge are that A. a large portion of this population is not tech literate and B. they don’t have access to quality facilities, i.e. good internet, appropriate equipment’s. The goal is to join forces with people who have expertise in international development and online employment platforms to come up with ideas on how to tackle the challenge.
