Inspiration

Generally, satisfaction surveys or forms for employees are not well used, usually because there is a lot of information to process and it is carried out by human resources people. Using AI and NLP to make work easier will also better help employees with queries or problems.

What it does

It allows any employee to write their comments and complaints, then through the Expert.ai API the text is analyzed, the sentiment and the main topics are extracted so that the managers or human resources can prioritize the requirements and better help all your employees.

How we built it

It was made with .NET Framework (C # language), which calls the Expert.ai API and stores the data in a SQL Server database.

What we learned

I learned more about NLP and the potentials for many products and Expert.ai that facilitates that development.

What's next for Employee Monitor

I am going to build a real product, I think it has a great chance of being a great help for all kinds of companies.
