Inspiration
I came across hassle situation where I'm bit confused about the organizational policies, mandatory trainings, appointment schedules. I felt more stressed to visit all the time to available HR's for all such information's.
What it does
it provides a comprehensive and instantiations solutions for onboarding chatbot designed to streamline all the onboarding process for new employees. it provides an instant answer to common questions like "how to download my last month pay slip", "How do I access my pay stubs?", "How can I request time off?", "What is the company's leave policy?". it will guide the new hires through their initial days. this chatbot integrates all the seamlessly with existing HR systems and offers customizable features to meet a unique and specific needs of any organization.
Challenges we ran into
Relying on the trained .Csv questionaries, our application went too static. inf further we left the expanding elements to integrate and execute it for more scalability.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Successfully trained a machine learning model on HR-specific data, making the bot highly contextually accurate for HR-related queries. Seamless integration of the bot into HRWiz ensured that users could access help effortlessly and interact in real time. Automated text processing (tokenization, sequencing) and dynamic response structuring created a smooth, end-to-end workflow from user input to structured output.
What we learned
Logging unanswered or poorly answered queries provided valuable data for continuous improvement of the chatbot's responses. adding more context management for improved conversation flows. Validate and evaluate the model consistently using standard metrics.
What's next for HRWiz Assistant
-- Integrate language models that support multiple languages to make HRWiz Assistant accessible to diverse users globally. -- Add a voice-enabled interface to complement the text-based assistant for users who prefer spoken interaction. -- Introduce an explicit feedback loop from the application to improve the bot based on user ratings of its responses.
