What it does
PenEar is an e-counseling matching app with technology that can offer services in a privacy-preserving way specifically targeted to ongoing COVID pendemic. PenEar platforms will perform best match making screening between counselor and user, followed by scheduling and near-real time audio and video quality that makes comfort and therapy possible over distance. The introduction of simple AI to best match with ideal mentors, a privacy-preserving and distributed infrastructure, and easy and instant service UI will make interacting with counseling services straightforward and powerful with the goal that everyone with counselor skills can volunteer to needed users and share advises and wisdom (everyone can speak and everyone can hear ).
