Inspiration
In the real world scenario, supervisors and managers at Call centers are responsible for analyzing the performance of each employee. We created an automated system using HPOnDemand APIs for determining each customer executive's performance.
What it does
First, our system converts the audio conversation of customer care executive and customer. Then, our system takes the text script and determines sentiment analysis on it. Also, it shows reports and conceptual analysis of the text scripts.
How I built it
UI is on Bootstrap and Node.JS. Backend in JEE and HPOnDemand API using RestAPIs
