Inspiration

We did this because it can be a huge help to people who cannot be honest about what they're going through to others.

What it does

Emotti reads your emotions for 10 second long periods. Based on what it perceives it attempts to interact with you to encourage positivity and happiness and help you.

How we built it

We trained the neural network on AWS with 8 Tesla V100's. Then we ported the model and fed it inputs directly.

Challenges we ran into

Consistent errors popping up in the code, training errors, version control.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Making people smile.

What we learned

We learned so much about computer vision and text to speech API.

What's next for Emotii

Emotti will become smarter and greater.
