Emoji Face Exercise

Inspiration

The inspiration for the emoji face exercise AR lens was the idea of creating an engaging experience that would bring a smile to people's faces while also providing a fun way to exercise. The lens uses SnapAR capabalities to overlay an emoji faces onto the real world, allowing users to perform various face exercises like mouth open, smile, and etc to get rid of double chin. This lens also gives users the badge when they completed the exercised to encourage them to keep going.

What it does

When the lens is opened, a voiceover will commence and a countdown from 10 to 1 will start. Every 10 seconds, a different emoji will be shown in the head and upper garment, teaching you how to complete the exercise. After you are done, you will be rewarded with a badge for your workout.

How we built it

We can construct this lens by utilizing garment segmentation, physics, increased utilization of 2D Animated gifs, and scripts.

Challenges we ran into

Each lens presents a unique struggle, especially in this lens when constructing 2D sprites is the most challenging component.

We are proud of the accomplishment of completing the lens as expected.

What's next for Emoji FaceExercise

The next step for Emoji FaceExercise is to add more features and exercises, so that users can get a full workout for their face. This could include facial stretches, massage techniques, and facial strengthening exercises, as well as more emojis and games.
