Emergency mode

Vehicle radios can be set to emergency mode when needed to transport someone for a medical emergency.  The radio will communicate with other cars on the road so they will be able to get out of the way.  The radio will be able to communicate with traffic signals to arrange for clear passage.  The radio will communicate with the dispatched ambulance / Merci-flight helicopter to determine a meeting location.  This system will work in both directions to ensure the fastest response time possible.
