Email Summarizer + Event Creator

Inspiration

We have various emails regardless of our profession, some are spams, some are important, and the amount of emails tend to scare us from opening it, and as the time goes by, we have accumulated lots of emails and we might missed lots of important ones.

What it does

It categorize the email content into 3 major sections: timeline, venue, summarized content. Timeline section will list out the date and time appeared in the email, and the venue section will list out the venue of the event mentioned in the email. For the summarized content section, the AI model will summarize and output the summarized content within 50 words.

How we built it

Built-in AI function powered-by Coda

Challenges we ran into

• Not able to connect to various account (Only can choose one type of email account)
• AI model keep crashing the docs

• Integration of various email account
• AI model training for better summarization
