Inspiration
This project is inspired by the Management and Marketing department of multi-national companies who receive thousands of e-mails every second and generating report from the data meticulously can be hard.
What it does
We are using UiPath studio to automate all the emails.The Outlook is used to read all the emails and then the data is stored in Microsoft Access. Using Robot Automation Process all the data in the email is read and the database is generated in Microsoft Access.
How I built it
Basic knowledge of Software Engineering is required. I used C and SQL as well. Microsoft Access was also required.
Challenges I ran into
Linking Outlook with UiPath studio.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Using UiPath and Robot Process Automation was completely new to me. Integrating C, SQL and Software Engineering concepts were interesting.
What I learned
I learned how to effectively use RPA for large scale businesses and drastically increase marketing and sales.
What's next for Email Automation using UIPath
Trying to incorporate multiple queries and link the tables to generate an elaborate report using this.
