Inspiration

My husband is a founder who raised a $10M seed round and he also has an ADHD - so his email inbox is a mess. He is ok at identifying email threads that absolutely need his attention, but then doesn't actually find time to do the work and follow up on them. This costs him angel tickets, sales prospects go cold - it's a mess.

So I decided to spend this saturday to build an AI Agent to help him!

What it does

It identifies the most important out of his top email threads, blocks time to answer, prepares a draft and a todo list to complete before the draft can be sent - all in 1 integrated workflow.

How we built it

n8n and openai

Challenges we ran into

lot of trial and error and custom coding (e.g. no group-by node in n8n :()

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It actually work and gives a good output thanks to prompt optimization and chosing the right model.

What we learned

That even though AI can work wonders, you still need to look at the data and iterate!

What's next for Email Agent for Founders

My husband already started using it.. perhaps I can also deploy it with his founder friends!
