Extensible Layered Secure Pipeline Engine for Transformation and Handling

Elspeth is a pipeline engine for building, validating, running, and auditing workflows where outputs need to be reviewed, explained, and reproduced. It supports two authoring surfaces over one runtime model: operators can hand-edit version-controlled YAML, while knowledge workers can use authenticated Web Composer authoring driven by an LLM tool loop. Both surfaces target the same primitives, plugin contracts, runtime assembly, graph-validation contracts, executor, Landscape audit trail, and run-accounting model.

Validation and audit are part of the workflow, not after-the-fact diagnostics. Composer-authored pipelines use the same validation and execution setup as YAML-authored pipelines; the longer-term compiler direction is to seal both inputs into one compiled artifact that the executor runs directly.

The video gives a quick view of what Elspeth is and what it does: the Web Composer building and validating a pipeline over the same runtime, validation, and audit model used by YAML-authored pipelines.
