Many small businesses and entrepreneurs face challenges in strategy, marketing, sales, automation, finance, customer service, and innovation but cannot afford multiple specialists. We created seven specialized AI consultants to provide focused, actionable guidance through one platform.

What it does

Ellustar Digital AI Business Consultant is an AI-powered business advisory platform that provides specialized guidance through seven AI consultants: Business Strategy, Marketing, Sales & Customer Growth, AI & Automation, Finance & Business Planning, Customer Service, and Startup & Innovation. Users select the specialist that matches their business challenge, describe their problem and business context, and receive a focused, actionable consultation. The platform is designed to make practical business expertise more accessible by bringing multiple areas of business support together in one AI-powered solution.

How we built it

We built Ellustar Digital AI Business Consultant using Google AI Studio and Gemini as the AI development platform. The application was designed as one platform containing seven specialized AI business consultants, each focused on a specific area of business. We created the consultant roles, instructions, business-context inputs, and consultation workflows so users can select a specialist, describe their challenge, and receive focused business guidance. The application interface was built with React, TypeScript, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, with reusable components for the header, consultant selection, consultation form, results, saved consultations, About section, and footer. The project source code and supporting files are organized in GitHub for transparency and project documentation, while the functional AI application is deployed through Google AI Studio.

Challenges we ran into

One of the main challenges was designing seven specialized AI consultants that could provide focused and useful guidance while maintaining a consistent experience across the platform. We also had to carefully structure the business context and consultation workflows so that each consultant could respond appropriately to different business situations. Another challenge was creating a clear, professional interface that makes it easy for users to select the right specialist, submit a business challenge, review the AI-generated consultation, and save previous consultations. We also worked through deployment and project organization challenges while keeping the application source code well structured and documented for transparency.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are proud to have built a single AI-powered platform that brings together seven specialized business consultants covering strategy, marketing, sales and customer growth, AI and automation, finance and business planning, customer service, and startup and innovation. We are especially proud that the consultants can provide focused, practical guidance for different business challenges rather than offering a one-size-fits-all response. We also created a professional and easy-to-use interface that allows users to select a specialist, provide their business context, receive a consultation, ask follow-up questions, and save consultations for later. Most importantly, we turned an idea into a working AI business solution using Google AI Studio and Gemini and organized the project source code in GitHub for transparency and future development.

What we learned

Through this project, we learned how to design specialized AI consultants for different business needs and how important clear instructions and structured business context are for producing useful AI responses. We also learned how to build a complete AI-powered application experience, from consultant selection and user input to AI-generated consultations, follow-up conversations, and saved results. The project strengthened our understanding of Google AI Studio, Gemini, React, TypeScript, and organizing application code for future development. Most importantly, we learned that AI can be structured into specialized business roles to make professional guidance more accessible, practical, and actionable.
