Also, to event organizers, please remove all of the candid "shoulder-shots" from your Twitter feed. This is obviously extremely poor form for an organization a hacking conference, and you have four of them posted. It is also a clear violation of your own code of conduct.
At the last event, I specifically pulled aside one of the event organizers and told them them to stop taking that type of picture, and that it was a CoC violation, and I was assured all the candid pictures would be deleted. At the time, he seemed to get why.
I wouldn't normally do this in public but since I already asked privately, please remove those pictures unless they were consented too. I apparently am a stickler about this shit. It's simply not a cool thing to do. You know exactly why. Thank you for reading!
