Inspiration Many students and aspiring entrepreneurs struggle to present their ideas clearly within a short time. We wanted to build a simple platform that helps users create concise and impactful elevator pitches while showcasing the power of GitLab for collaborative software development.

What it does Creates professional elevator pitches.

Organizes project information in a simple interface. Allows easy editing and version tracking. Demonstrates GitLab workflows, including repository management and CI/CD. Provides clear documentation for future development.

How we built it We developed the project using GitLab as the primary development platform. GitLab repositories were used for source code management, branches for feature development, merge requests for collaboration, and GitLab CI/CD for automated testing and deployment. The application was built with modern web technologies and documented using Markdown.

Challenges we ran into Learning GitLab CI/CD pipelines.

Managing repository structure and collaboration. Configuring automated builds and deployments. Creating comprehensive documentation within the project timeline.

Accomplishments that we're proud of Successfully built and managed the project entirely on GitLab.

Implemented version control and collaborative workflows. Created a clean project structure with clear documentation. Demonstrated CI/CD automation using GitLab pipelines.

What we learned This project helped us gain hands-on experience with GitLab repositories, branching strategies, merge requests, CI/CD pipelines, project documentation, and collaborative software development. We also improved our planning, debugging, and teamwork skills.

What's next for elevator pitch AI-powered pitch suggestions.

Team collaboration features. Pitch templates for different industries. Analytics and feedback scoring. Mobile application support. Integration with presentation and productivity tools
