Inspiration

I built ElevateAI because choosing a career can be confusing, especially for students and early-career professionals. There is a lot of information about jobs, skills, courses, and opportunities, but it is difficult to know what actually applies to you.

I wanted to build a tool that could look at someone's skills, experience, and goals and help them understand what career path makes sense and what they should do next.

How It Works

ElevateAI analyzes a user's profile, skills, experience, and career goals. It then provides personalized career recommendations, identifies skill gaps, and suggests practical next steps and opportunities.

The goal is to turn a user's current situation into a clearer path toward their desired career.

How I Built It

I built ElevateAI as a web application using modern web technologies and AI. The application combines user profile data, career information, and AI-powered analysis to generate personalized recommendations.

What I Learned

I learned that useful AI is not just about generating answers. The real value comes from turning those answers into clear and actionable decisions.

I also learned more about combining AI with structured career data and designing an experience that is simple enough for anyone to use.

Challenges

One of the biggest challenges was making the recommendations genuinely useful rather than generic. Career decisions depend on many factors, so I had to think carefully about how to personalize the results while keeping the experience simple.

Another challenge was bringing different pieces of career information together into one coherent experience.

ElevateAI is my attempt to make career planning more personalized, practical, and actionable.
