Inspiration

ELEVATE was born from my client's request during one of our pitches to B2B companies for a 3-Level AI Education Pathway 2 weeks ago in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. My client asked if there was a way to measure how good their 200 employees really was at using AI for Corporate Readiness internal integration projects. Since we’ve been in the learning space for over 15 years, we’ve experienced ourselves with many profiling tools . So, me and my partner had a quick 10minutes meeting and our idea was born - We call this ELEVATE—

-A 90-question assessment to gauge AI proficiency over 3 Levels for all employees to be AI Ready for internal integration projects

-A 30-question assessment to identify each employees AI DNA role while working in teams for leadership success

What It Does

ELEVATE places users into one of three levels:

-Beginner: Understanding AI tools and basic prompting

-Intermediate: Automating workflows and using AI APIs

-Advanced: Building apps, websites, or games with tools like Bolt.new

The AI Proficiency helps employees know where to start and how to level up. The AI DNA Role helps identify how they can best contribute to AI projects at work. Each level includes individual and group tasks tailored to my client’s industry. We evaluate these through class presentations and link them to their ELEVATE scores.

How We Built It

We used Bolt.new to build the app based on a PRD from ChatGPT. Supabase handles the backend, and ChatGPT generates the reports.

Challenges

We ran into a few hiccups, but Bolt.new’s “discuss” feature helped us work through them. It gave us actionable fixes, and we used the built-in agent to apply them. Sometimes, we had to ask it to rework the plan, but it always got us there. A great debugging tool.

What We’re Proud Of

We built ELEVATE in a week so that we can sign the contract with my client and we are super proud this can be done —without any coding background. Personally, I’m proud to say I built it myself - did not have much sleep for that week as i was on a tight dateline to deliver our proposal based on the tender contract dateline, which we are happy to say we won the deal tendering against 5 other competitors which did not have ELEVATE (our client said this to us when we asked, why did they choose us). We hosted ELEVATE on kadoshai.com/elevate and offering this for free for all of my clients . Now we are pitching strongly to get our AI Education contracts signed because of ELEVATE! Thank you Bolt for making me who i am today! an Accountant by profession turned to no code app developer which I have certainly found my passion for who i am to be in the future!

What We Learned

Forget the advice about building step by step. Dropping the full PRD into Bolt.new and adjusting from there worked best for us. It handled everything smoothly. I've tried other tools like Replit, Cursor, and Windsurf—but Bolt.new’s simplicity keeps me coming back.

What’s Next

We’re moving into phase two: building adaptive assessments customised to the industry of the client and coupled with a custom organiational AI Readyness Report based on the assessment scores. ELEVATE is free now, but we plan to add Stripe payments through Bolt.new. We’re also considering using Claude to improve the report quality.
