Inspiration
Practicing for interviews is hard. We decided that we could leverage HumeAI emotion API to determine how confident you sound as you interview, and narrowed the scope down to elevator pitches.
What it does
Record your elevator pitch, evaluate how confident you sound and provide feedback on both content and tone.
How we built it
React frontend to record video and audio, sent to backend powered by HumeAI for emotion and GPT4o for content + feedback.
Challenges we ran into
Recording video and audio from React frontend was non-trivial, and outputting the feedback as well.
