It establishes a core real-time voice coordination layer, where staff utilize mobile devices connected via persistent Web Sockets for immediate, hands-free interaction. Crucially, all audio exchanges are leveraged as operational data: transcripts, generated by OpenAI Whisper, are routed to advanced Anthropic models for continuous, automated analysis and triage into three critical categories—Programmatic Issues, Safety Concerns, and Staff Performance Metrics. This intelligent analysis triggers real-time, actionable alerts and summarized reports to both frontline staff and relevant stakeholders. Furthermore, the system integrates a powerful advisory agent, utilizing models such as Claude Haiku, which staff can query for instant pedagogical and procedural guidance. This agent maintains a self-learning capacity, reflecting on aggregated program data and individual user history to ensure its feedback and recommendations are continuously refined and highly personalized.
