We are both tech guys so finding a way to make a sash and house the name badge was a challenge

• We learned how to make a web app and install it onto a stand alone device

What's next for Electronic ID

• Research inclusion of an NFC tag that could be used to pass contact information etc. via the tap of a phone and also give door access to security protected areas​
• Explore opportunities to use the device as a distress communication ​
• Software integration into businesses' existing database systems​
• Further consideration of UI and feature development​
• Prioritize making device as light and power efficient as possible​
• Develop different wearables for comfort and style e.g. sash, traditional lanyard or a pin badge
