Each time a patient visits a doctor or hospital, the encounter is recorded in the electronic health record. Doctors often use handheld devices, such as personal digital assistants and tablet computers, to record patient encounters and look up information. Yet recording this information before seeing every patient can be time consuming. The doctor has to (a) ask basic health questions and (b) type that information into the computer before they ever examine the patient.

The solution to this problem is an application that patients can use to enter their health information into the doctor's health record system using voice recognition; no information is entered manually, before their doctor's appointment. As a result, the doctor already has the information that they need in their records, the business gains a reputation for being fast and efficient, and the business doubles the amount of patients being seen in a day therefore making more money.

The Electronic Health Records Transfer App (EHR app, pronounced [eer]) will use the Infusionsoft API to transfer data from your device to the doctor's health record system in the blink of an eye. The user simply answers a few questions about their health and the data is saved.

The EHR app will lend an ear saving time and money.
