Inspiration

We wanted to create a one-touch, seamless way for EK members to get assistance- anywhere they are in the airport. We took inspiration from Uber- envisioning an app that could allow a member to request for a Rover agent, specialized to their query.

What it does

EK Rover is a highly personalized, on-demand service to bring Emirates agents directly to customers.

How I built it

We used Figma for our prototype (as an Android/ iOS app) and created our web-based app using Flask (Python).

What's next for EK Rover

We are thinking of adding a star rating where members can rate their experience with EK Rover. Using this data, we can use ML data analytics to tweak our priority function and cater to members in a more effective way to increase overall customer satisfaction.
