When we go to the doctor and he asked about your medical history ? If the doctor don't know about medical history, so they don't diagnosis us properly. So we cam up with portal where patient can upload the data .What if we can store the data online , it's great idea , but it could be hacked nowadays. So we make that data safe and give privacy to patients.

What it does

So basically we make a platform where, patients can upload that medical history and doctor can see the patient's medical history who have authorized by the patient. In that we can collect the patient data also we collect the hospital and doctor's data too for visualization and big data Analytics.
