Inspiration
The journey began when life pushed me against a wall. After enduring a series of bitter personal experiences, I was left wondering: "Why did I do what I did?" I found myself caught in situations that made no sense, playing a game whose rules I didn't even know. This obsession with finding the root of human reaction—especially when everything falls apart—became the spark for EgoGame Sight.
What it does
EgoGame Sight · Glass Edition is a high-level algorithmic tool designed for executive decision-making. It decodes human behavior by integrating:
Transactional Analysis: To identify the psychological "games" people play. Nash Equilibrium To find the mathematical point where Win-Win outcomes become a reality. Adlerian Psychology: To interpret body language and individual psychology before a single word is spoken.
How we built it
We took a multidisciplinary approach to bridge the gap between intuition and execution: Theoretical Framework: We mapped out the "Hidden Board" of human exchanges using Transactional Analysis. Mathematical Logic: We implemented Game Theory (specifically Nash concepts) to provide a logical structure for interpersonal dynamics.
Behavioral Integration: We incorporated Alfred Adler’s insights to allow the system to "read" behavioral cues in real-time.
Implementation: We translated these complex psychological patterns into a functional algorithm for high-stakes business environments.
Challenges we ran into The biggest challenge was transforming "bitter noise" into structured data. It was difficult to take abstract concepts like the "Win-Lose" dynamic and turn them into a reliable system that could be applied to executive systems without losing the human element.
Accomplishments that we're proud of We are proud to have turned a moment of personal crisis into a high-level algorithm. We moved from the "The Break" (chaos) to "The Leap" (execution), creating a tool that identifies the body’s language before the mind even speaks. Seeing a personal search for answers evolve into a motor for conscious decision-making in demanding environments is our greatest achievement.
What we learned We learned that life isn’t a series of accidents; it’s a network of exchanges. More importantly, we discovered that Win-Win isn't just an ethical desire—it is a mathematical possibility. We learned that by understanding our own psychological errors, we can build systems that prevent them in others.
What's next for EgoGame Sight · Glass Edition Our goal is to further refine the behavioral reading capabilities and scale the implementation within corporate leadership teams. We want to ensure that high-stakes decisions are no longer driven by unconscious "games," but by conscious, data-backed strategy.
