It is going to be a collaboratively built internet-based learning environment delivering sound, proven information round the clock.
Governments throughout the world over the years has continously intoduced initiatives, which has more or less left so much resources untapped. Yearning challenges and epidermics also played hugely resulting to downtime in a quite range of ramifications.
Modern ICT Tools can and will bridge the gap in a dessiminating way where other inivatives has not.
