As a student diving into new technologies or an amateur photographer trying to master editing software, I realized how much time gets wasted gathering ideas, researching, or structuring thoughts. Querying AI felt slow and manually tweaking prompts got repetitive real fast.

That’s when the idea for EfficienGPT was born—powered by GPT-4o and the mighty 80/20 Pareto Principle—to help creatives and learners cut through the noise and get straight to the good stuff. And with the full force of MongoDB Atlas behind it, every insight is stored safely and retrieved instantly. 🔒✨

⚔️ Challenges we ran into

Striking the balance between speed and substance was a real puzzle. Initial open-source models took nearly 5 minutes to process queries—and let’s just say, the results were... underwhelming. 😬
Designing an intuitive interface using Streamlit while ensuring smooth user experience was a creative challenge.
Creating prompts that resonated across different creative fields while keeping them relevant and useful.
The biggest hurdle? Time itself—integrating technology was easy, but fine-tuning the LLM for clear, concise output took serious effort.
Leveraging the full capabilities of MongoDB Atlas for seamless data retrieval was technically demanding but totally worth it. 🔥
