We wanted to make a system that would make the user aware of its consumption that would make the user much more responsible towards the planet and energy consumption
What it does
It lures the user through incentives that would provide the user with discounts and coupons. And helps EESL to develop a marketing campaign around the users as it would help EESL to target the potential customers.
How we built it
We used the data given by EESL and performed Exploratory Data analysis and visualization using Tableau. We even performed clustering and time series analyses to identify potential customers for various electronic devices and to perform peak load management respectively
Challenges we ran into
Lack of proper data made it difficult to narrow down the problem statement.

Our recommendation system based on different consumer needs. Worked on data analysis in the field of electronics
What we learned
The real-life practicality and working of SMART METERS and how are smart meter is an essential system in the near future. Different types of pricing which includes Time of Use, Time of Day, etc.
What's next for EESL inspire
Apply our analysis on the Big Data for more accurate recommendations and thereby expanding the market for EESL.
