Inspiration

Traditional PDF-based learning is slow and tedious. We wanted to make studying faster and more interactive by enabling users to talk to their PDFs using AI.

What it does

EduTech allows students and professionals to ask questions, get summaries, and understand complex topics from PDFs using voice commands, reducing learning time from weeks to days.

How we built it

We leveraged Azure AI services:

1. OpenAI on Azure for natural language understanding
2. Azure Text-to-Speech for voice interactions
3. AI Search for fast document indexing and retrieval

Challenges we ran into

1.Ensuring efficient document indexing for large PDFs 2.Handling real-time voice interactions seamlessly 3.Optimizing to Reduce rate limiting from using the Azure models Api

Accomplishments that we're proud of

1. Successfully integrated voice-based AI interactions
2. Built a scalable and fast document search system
3. Created a user-friendly experience that simplifies learning

1. Optimizing AI search improves response time significantly
2. Voice-based can be improved to sound more human like and thus improve user experience. 3 .Azure AI tools provide powerful and scalable solutions
