Inspiration

College students often struggle with information overload, lack of personalized guidance, exam stress, and unclear career direction. While resources are available online, they are scattered and not tailored to individual learning needs. EduSaathi 360 was inspired by the idea of creating one intelligent platform that understands a student’s profile, learning pace, and goals—then guides them academically, emotionally, and professionally, just like a real saathi (companion).

What it does

EduSaathi 360 is an AI-powered personalized learning and guidance platform that helps students: Create a one-time academic and career profile Get AI-recommended courses and learning paths Upload notes (PDFs/images) and generate MCQs & exam questions Practice subject-wise mock tests and track exam readiness Receive adaptive learning recommendations based on performance Get career and scholarship guidance Monitor stress levels and receive productivity suggestions

How we built it

Designed a clean, modern dashboard UI for focus and accessibility. Built structured subject dashboards with modular learning flows. Integrated AI logic for: ~Course recommendations ~Question generation from uploaded notes ~Exam readiness analysis ~Adaptive learning updates ~Implemented progress tracking, analytics, and personalized insights ~Planned scalable architecture suitable for future real-world deployment

Challenges we ran into

Designing a system that balances simplicity with powerful features. Structuring adaptive learning logic based on quiz performance. Making AI outputs (questions, recommendations) useful and exam-oriented. Ensuring the UI remains clean despite multiple features. Thinking from a real student’s perspective, not just a technical one.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

Built an end-to-end student-centric learning ecosystem. Successfully combined academics, career guidance, and well-being in one platform. Designed an intuitive dashboard that feels friendly, modern, and motivating. Created a concept that can be realistically scaled for colleges and universities.

What we learned

Importance of user-first design in educational platforms. How AI can be applied meaningfully beyond chatbots. Structuring learning journeys instead of isolated features. Translating real student problems into technical solutions.

What's next for EduSaathi-360

Integrating real exam syllabi and datasets. Adding peer-to-peer learning and mentor support. Implementing real-time AI tutors with voice interaction. Deploying EduSaathi for college-wide or university-level use. Enhancing stress analysis using behavioral patterns.
