Inspiration The inspiration behind the healthy Style mini course came from the increasing need for accessible mental well-being tools. As a 3rd year Translation English student at Azerbaijan University, I wanted to create something that combined psychology, healthy habits and Al guidance. I noticed that many young people struggle with motivation, consistency and stress so I built a solution that supports them step by step.

What it does Healthy Style is a mini learning system that teaches users:

The psychology of habits How to build healthy routines Daily energy and motivation Personalized by an Al assistant It helps users stay consistent through interactive questions and structured habit tracking.

How we built it Designed the course outline using psychology

Wrote all content in English using structured teaching methods. Created Al-assisted interaction prompts

Challenges we ran into

Making the content simple enough for beginners Designing lessons that are short. Creating a structure that works well both with and without an Al assistant.
