Inspiration

Edulearn was inspired by the urgent need for accessible, personalized, and inclusive education—especially for learners with disabilities or diverse needs. Existing platforms often leave out many students by following a one-size-fits-all approach, so Edulearn seeks to bridge this gap with innovative AI and accessible technology.

What it does

Edulearn is an adaptive learning platform that uses AI and analytics to deliver personalized coursework, real-time support, and collaborative tools. Its features include accessibility options such as text-to-speech, customizable interfaces, and adaptive content tailored to each learner’s style and pace.

How we built it

We built Edulearn with a cloud-based web platform and AI algorithms that analyze learner progress and recommend content. The interface follows WCAG accessibility standards, supports multiple languages, and uses cloud infrastructure for universal access. Collaborative spaces and adaptive exercises further enhance the user experience.

Challenges we ran into

Major challenges were developing adaptive algorithms for diverse learning needs, integrating robust accessibility functions, and maintaining data security and privacy. Building seamless collaboration and progress tracking for students and educators was also complex.
