Inspiration
While attending the workshops, we realized that there are some people in the world who do not have access to a lot of the resources that we have living in a developed country. As such, we were inspired to use the skills we learned to help advocate for education so that everyone can be able to access resources to learn
What it does
This website contains information on why being educated is important and ways that we can take action against this issue.
How we built it
We used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to make this website.
Challenges we ran into
We initially didn't really know what to make for this hackathon but after discussing with each other for a while, we were able to pick a topic that we were both interested in.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
This was the very first hackathon that we attended. We didn't know what to do but we feel accomplished from being able to code a website and for completing this hackathon.
What we learned
From participating in this hackathon, we learned a lot more about coding and it has motivated us to learn different programming languages.
